Shipping FAQ's 

Do you offer local pickup?
We do! if your shipping address falls within a 25mi radius of our Dundee, OR location, you are eligible to pick up your order.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will usually ship the next business day, excluding holidays and depending on weather. If you need it to ship on a specific day, please mention this in your order notes. 

Where do you ship?
We ship within the US to almost all 50 states, with the exception of Utah, Tennessee, and Alabama. 

Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, as long as they are over 21 and have a valid ID. If you have ordered wine and aren't expecting to be at home we recommend shipping it to a work address. 

​What happens when it's too cold or hot?
We pride ourselves in the quality of our wine, so if there is a chance that the wine could be damaged during transit we will not ship it. Generally this only happens in the summer when temperatures are high, for these orders we will hold onto the wine until we are able to safely ship it. 

What if my wine is damaged?
We will return or replace any bottle that is damaged or corked. Please contact us at 503-538-9821 or veronica@bellavida.com for assistance on returns or replacements.
